By using Blinck, you agree to this policy.

1. AI as Part of Blinck

AI is a core part of how Blinck works. It is used to help organize, interpret, and act on the information you provide inside the app.

AI in Blinck is a software system. It is not a human, not a professional, and not a decision-maker.

2. What Data AI Can Access

AI systems in Blinck can process:

  • Tasks
  • Notes
  • Goals
  • Reflections
  • Messages you send to the AI
  • Scheduling and planning data inside the app

This allows Blinck to create, modify, move, and organize items on your behalf.

AI does not have access to:

  • Your identity documents
  • Payment details
  • Private account credentials
  • Data unrelated to the features of Blinck

3. AI Actions

When you interact with Blinck, AI may:

  • Create or edit tasks
  • Schedule or reschedule items
  • Organize your workflow
  • Update or remove in-app data

These actions only apply to the content inside your Blinck workspace.

You remain in control and responsible for reviewing and using the results.

4. Storage of AI Conversations

Messages you send to the AI and the responses you receive are stored as part of your account.

This allows Blinck to:

  • Provide continuity
  • Improve reliability
  • Debug issues
  • Maintain your workspace

You may delete your account at any time, which removes these records.

5. Model Training

Blinck does not use your personal data or conversations to train its own AI models.

Your data is used only to provide and operate the Service.

6. Accuracy and Responsibility

AI systems can make mistakes.

They may generate incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs. Blinck does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

You are responsible for how you use or act on anything produced by the AI.

7. Data Protection

All data processed by AI is subject to Blinck’s Privacy Policy.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

8. Changes

As Blinck evolves, AI systems and data processing may change. We may update this policy to reflect those changes.

Continued use of Blinck means you accept the updated version.
