Privacy Policy

Blinck is a planning app built around conversation and a visual timeline. We collect and use information needed to provide the app, keep it reliable, and support you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

Depending on how you use Blinck, this may include:

• your email address and account details;
• a name, if you choose to add one;
• tasks, notes, schedules, and other planning information you add;
• messages and requests you send in the app;
• voice input you choose to use, which is processed to produce a transcript;
• preferences and settings you choose;
• messages you send to support.

We may also receive basic app, device, usage, performance, and error information, as well as subscription status needed to operate the Service.

If you use voice input, the iOS Speech framework processes the recording to turn it into text. Blinck uses the resulting transcript as your message and does not retain the raw recording after transcription.

We use information to:

• provide Blinck and show your planning information;
• save and sync account information across your devices;
• respond to requests and carry out changes you ask Blinck to make;
• remember planning preferences when you enable that feature;
• provide support and respond to requests;
• maintain security, reliability, and performance;
• understand general usage and improve the app;
• manage subscriptions and access; and
• send local notifications you choose to receive.

Some Blinck information is stored locally on your device. Blinck also stores information associated with your account so that your planning data and conversations can sync across your devices.

Information stored only on your device is not available to us unless you choose to share it or contact support about it.

When you use Blinck’s AI features, your message and relevant planning information may be processed to generate a response or carry out your request.

AI can make mistakes. Review important results before relying on them. We do not use your personal content to train Blinck’s AI features.

We use service providers to help operate Blinck. Depending on the feature, they may provide hosting, account access, payments, analytics, notifications, support, or AI processing.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may share information:

• with providers that help us operate Blinck;
• when you ask us to provide support or a service;
• when required by law or to protect users, the Service, or our rights; or
• as part of a change in ownership or business structure, subject to applicable law.

We keep account information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

You can delete your account from Settings → Profile in the app. Information associated with your account is then deleted, except where limited retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or resolving technical issues. Confirming account deletion also clears Blinck's local data on the device where you confirm it.

Device-only information on another device may remain there until you clear it, delete the app, or otherwise remove it from that device.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain uses of your information. Contact us if you have a privacy request or question.

Blinck is a general-audience service and may be used by teenagers. If you are not old enough to consent to the processing of your personal information under the laws where you live, you should use Blinck only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No service can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this Policy as Blinck changes. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
