Terms of Service

Effective date: July 30, 2026

By using Blinck, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Blinck.

1. What Blinck Is

Blinck is a planning app that helps you organize your days through conversation and a visual timeline.

Blinck may use AI to help structure information, create or adjust tasks, and respond to requests. AI-generated results may be incomplete or wrong. Blinck is not a medical, legal, financial, or mental-health service and does not provide professional advice.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use Blinck. You may create one using email and password or Sign in with Apple. Some features may require paid access.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your account information secure. You must not use Blinck for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you add to Blinck.

You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, maintain, and support Blinck. Content stored only on your device may not be available to us.

4. AI and Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use anything Blinck displays or generates. Do not rely on Blinck alone for decisions that require professional judgment.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Blinck may offer free features, trials, and paid features or subscriptions. The details of an offer are shown at the time you choose it and may change over time.

If you subscribe through Apple, Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its applicable terms. Deleting your Blinck account does not necessarily cancel an App Store subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Blinck for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • attempt to access another person’s account or information; or
  • use Blinck to violate another person’s rights or privacy.

We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account from Settings → Profile in the app. Information associated with your account is deleted, except where limited retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or resolving technical issues. Confirming account deletion also clears Blinck's local data on the device where you confirm it.

Device-only information on another device may remain there until you clear it, delete the app, or otherwise remove it from that device. See the Delete Account page for more information.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to keep Blinck available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Blinck is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service or its results will meet your expectations or be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blinck and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Blinck changes. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
