These Terms of Service govern your use of Blinck. By accessing or using the Blinck app, website, or any related services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Blinck is operated by an independent individual based in Germany. Throughout these Terms, Blinck is referred to as we, us, or our.

You are the user of the Service.

2. What Blinck Is

Blinck is a digital productivity service that helps you organize, plan, and execute tasks, goals, and daily workflows.

Blinck may include conversational or AI-powered features designed to help you structure, brainstorm, and manage your work.

Blinck is not a medical, legal, financial, or mental-health service, and it does not provide professional advice of any kind.

You remain fully responsible for how you interpret and act on anything generated or displayed in the Service.

3. Your Account

Some parts of Blinck can be used without creating an account. Account-based features, including sync across devices and certain paid features, require you to sign in.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments

Blinck includes free functionality and may also offer paid features, subscriptions, and limited free trials.

Trial structure, paid features, pricing, billing periods, and what is included may change over time.

If you purchase a subscription through Apple, the App Store handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules under its own terms.

If a trial or subscription offer says it renews automatically, it will continue until canceled before the next billing period.

We do not provide refunds for unused time unless required by law.

5. Your Content

You may enter or upload content such as tasks, notes, messages, goals, and reflections.

You retain ownership of everything you create.

By using Blinck, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content only for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Content that is stored only on your device may be unavailable to us unless you use account-based synced features or contact support.

We do not sell your content.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the app.

Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our systems, except where limited retention is required by law.

Deleting your account does not automatically remove data that exists only on a device unless that device data is also cleared.

We work hard to keep Blinck available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Termination

You may stop using Blinck at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Disclaimer

Blinck is provided as-is and as-available.

We make no guarantees that:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blinck and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal decisions made based on the Service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using Blinck.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Any disputes shall be handled in German courts, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are significant, we will notify you. Your continued use of Blinck means you accept the updated Terms.
